The hotel has the most incredible 360 degree view of Nice. It is magnificent! Gino and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Although you are on the hillside, still have easy access to the beach (approx 30 min) and the city. Also easy bus access to Eze. We really enjoyed this hotel.

Loved, loved, loved this hotel! Charming and handsome owner Gino, sweet and amiable server Alexander and darling front desk host David offer 5 star service. The view is amazing. Coffee is fantastic and croissant are en pointe. The location is remote, but worth it. You can jump the bus and tram to Old town Nice easily. Make sure you wave down the 84 bus driver so he stops.

Beautiful views, would recommend getting a room with a balcony. The room was very cute and the view was incredible. Staff were very helpful and made us a dinner reservation. Parking wasn’t easy, but would stay again for the views alone.

A pretty small hotel and writers dream view.

A warm and pleasant welcome! Friendly staff. Situation of the hotel was further out of main town but with fantastic views over the city and ocean. Close to transport and shops. Our own terrace and seating area was a plus. A lovely breakfast room with a view to remember. Worth the bus and tram ride into the Main Center. Would stay there again!

The owners are charming and attentive to their guests requests. They offer great support in navigating the area as well! The hotel is up a hill, so this is something to keep in mind if you're into walking, but the views are definitely worth it. It's a quiet boutique hotel so this is perfect if you want quality sleep during your stay. Lastly, the breakfast is tasty, fresh and filling. Overall, we recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a picturesque, calming and friendly hotel.

Great views!

Great location away from busy streets. Everything you need for a comfort stay. Definitely get the breakfast, since there are not many places around. Bus stop outside the gate, which will take you to the city center. Overall satisfied.
