"We enjoyed our stay at the Falls view Hilton. The reception at check in was very helpful and accommodating. Our room is nice and clean, and has a gorgeous view at the Canadian side Falls. We recommend this hotel. "

"I travel a fair bit and am not usually that picky, but this was by far the worst stay I've had. EVER. First, their system was down so they refused to check me in unless I paid cash, even though I'd already prepaid through Expedia and showed them my receipt and confirmation. They told me to cancel the reservation (which I had to contact Expedia support to do since it was past the cancellation period - and put in the request - which I did and was advised it would take up to 72 hours to process the cancellation) so I paid cash again assuming I would be reimbursed once the hotel would get access to the system again. We got to our room and the floors were dirty. The bathroom door did not have a latch nor would it close. The walls were unfinished and the baseboards were disgusting in the washroom. We also did not have any towels, face clothes, soap or anything. The office had closed by the time we'd checked in and noticed these things so there was nothing we could do until the next day. I went into the office to request towels and they gave me 2 little hand towels to use as bath towels and told me that larger towels would not be available until the next day (after I would have checked out). Once I left I received confirmation that the request to refund the money via Expedia had been denied by the hotel. I called 5-6 times requesting a refund and to speak to the manager but was never given a call back or received my refund. I paid double for the worst stay I've ever experienced."

"We were impressed with the completeness of what was made available to us in the basement unit/apartment (I think many of the photos are showing the main unit and not the basement one). It was very clean, comfortable, with many amenities. It was the perfect size/space for us two for a week. Location was very convenient - very suburban, quiet, and a quick drive to everything you could need/want including a variety of grocery stores. The ONLY thing lacking was no dining table/TV tables and no oven. Howevever, the stove top is top knotch - super fast and safe (the provided copper cookware worked perfectly with it!). Our host was wonderful and communicative without being overbearing. 10/10 recommend this location and the larger unit at this location! "
