Affordable hotel with great value. The staff were very polite and accommodating, and the breakfast was decent. Highly recommended for travelers on a budget!
Good place with amazing stuff. The breakfast was excellent. Also there's a swimming pool. Good location.. A few minutes drive to Neagara Falls and to Walmart and dollorama.
If you need to do laundry here, you can, there’s a laundry machine. It does cost money but it’s worth it. There was a fridge, sink, and microwave in the room which is helpful. Also the restaurant World Street in the hotel was good too.
Close to all Niagra attractions. hotel has been renovating and updating. free hot breakfast is a bonus. great value for money spent. Room was clean. Free parking. Bus stop outside if you need public transport.
This place is affordable and close to many stores and food options. Awesome outdoor clean pool. Staff is very friendly and housekeeping always there to help. Will stay here again.
Property is in reasonably good shape. My room was comfortable . Amenities were adequate. Breakfast was basic . Other guests indicated that their rooms needed refurbishment. I needed a later checkout but they were firm on the 11am policy. Good for a few nights stay . The restaurant however was excellent.
The place is super comfy. There are many decent dining options near by making it a very convenient place to stay. Room was spacious and the breakfast was really nice. Overall, a very good pleasant experience
Customer service, no complaints. Room size and location to Niagara Falls very good. The room itself, while some normal wear and tear is acceptable, the room was dirty.
Anybody leaving a 10/10 rating is either certifiably insane or know the owners. That said for what I paid ($36) this was more than adequate. Free parking a bonus. Room furnished with outdated furniture but functional. Mini fridge and microwave but no hair dryer or iron. Musty smell in room and stained carpet. TV sucks no live channels all apps on Roku. Bedding was replaced since last time I stayed with a fresher looking all white comforter. I noticed no little critters roaming around.
Staff was pleasant & attentive. For the price of stay, the room was pretty good & had more in it then most of a $100/night would've. Could've been better maintained(up keep or detail oriented as far as cleanliness go. Better trash cleanup, as it looks like people live here long term but don't discard trash as they should but staff walks right by it & doesn't pick it up either. But they do clean your room daily I found out as they left bathroom light on)
Plenty of restaurants & bars within walking distance but go early at most close the kitchen about 8-9 pm. I would recommend this place to stay far better than The NY side & would stay here again in the future. Felt safe walking @night by myself as I walked about a block for dinner & found City South Pizza(open late nights)
I called ahead and was able to check in a little after two. I got a beautiful large room with a nicely tiled bathroom and a luxurious red heart shaped sunken tub. My friend and I enjoyed a bubble bath and relaxing seating area. I also enjoyed using the outdoor pool. It was nice to have a modest breakfast included. I will stay there again.
Their TV service I believe was "Raku" which was 90 % pay service. I couldn't find any regular TV for the hockey games or baseball playoffs. In the long run that was a bonus because we normally watch too much TV. We got out our room and did lots of walking and visited downtown and the falls both nights we were there.
They had a good restaurant/bar which a lot of people seemed to use. We don't drink so it's not our cup of tea but I think it added to the attraction for a lot of people staying at the motel.
