The breakfast and tea times were wonderful. Free parking around back was a huge convenience. It's in a very walkable area. Staff was super friendly. Lovely center courtyard and sitting rooms. An excellent Inn conveniently located close to the seafront in Newport. The hosts were friendly and very helpful, the rooms were of a good size and exceptionally clean. We loved our stay! The staff are so nice and accommodating! Toby made check-in so easy and was so informative of the property and amenities. Afternoon tea was really nice and breakfast was excellent with great hot options and buffet. Sue was so lovely. We enjoyed sitting outside in the general courtyard and our own with our room The Inn is right on Thames street and close to shopping and dining. It’s a nice oasis and reprieve from the busyness of the street. We would highly recommend and would stay again!!
