Best Western New Kent Hotel
"Room 29 is a small double. Clean room but bathroom was dirty with mould. Shower curtain from a Psycho movie. Definitely the worst Best Western Hotel ever. Carpet on stairs and hall lights filthy and covered in dust. The positives are friendly staff and Jesmond is a nice area. Best Western you need ..."
