Cockroaches. 2 towels only. No toilet paper holder. Leaking sink so bathroom floor always wet. Hairdryer ripped out of wall. Window lock broken. Heater broken. Cold air only. Smelled of cigarette smoke.
We reserved a king bed but got a room with two doubles. Did not ask to change though because a friend who was also staying at the hotel had been called earlier and was told their reservation was cancelled. Then there reservation was uncancelled so i was too nervous to complain too much. The staff was not too welcoming. We we got to our room, there was dirt on the comforter and lots of snags in the carpet. We only had two hand towels so I send my husband to get full size towels and washcloths. He was told they didn't have any washcloths and gave two more hand towels instead.
I get that things happen but it just didn't seem like this facility was dealing well with challenges. Plus, it was nearly $300 a night for the terrible accommodation.
The staff were helpful and accommodating, but unfortunately, the overall condition of the rooms was very disappointing. Our initial room had an unpleasant, dirty odor, and the walls were in poor condition. Although the staff kindly moved us to another room with hardwood flooring, which was slightly better, the cleanliness was still far below acceptable standards. The bedsheets were particularly disappointing, and the overall environment felt dirty, uncomfortable, and poorly maintained.
Despite the helpful staff, I would not recommend staying at this hotel, especially if you value cleanliness, comfort, and a good night's sleep. The management seriously needs to improve its housekeeping and room maintenance standards.
The room smelled absolutely terrible. There was no working smoke detectors just wires hanging from the ceiling. There was cockroaches or something that looks like a cockroach in the bathroom. The toilet didn’t flush and we had to use the chain in the back of the toilet, which consisted of paper clips to flush the toilet. The shower had hair in it, and would appeared to be a black stain
The bathroom floor had blood stains and shower didn't work. There were no other rooms available so I had to fill the trash bin with water from the sink and dump water over my head. Staying here felt like a sick joke.
Had a reservation for 2 queen beds. Check in was at 3pm showed up at 3:30pm and they said they don’t have two queens or two double so we are cancelling your reservation. Roaches and mold on the walls.
very basic no frills imn he room except soap
nd shampoo , a container for ice but no glasses. one desk chair only in a room wih two bed for tr
wo guests
The property needs to have security. There were many people from the community loitering in the hallways and lobby at all hours. Individuals were sleeping in the hallways. Noise in the hallways at all hours. Roaches in the breakfast area and in the room. Limited parking available on the property.
Overall my stay was poor. It looked like the motel was being used as a homeless shelter without informing the guests.
Tv remote wasn't working too well. Breakfast offering was limited. Assume plates ran out. No elevator that I noticed. Decent numbers of pillows, though. They had 4, I've encountered 2.5 elsewhere.
This seriously needs an upgrade and update and a thorough cleaning in all areas of the hotel. Beds were decent and linens but if you don't ask to get your room done, Itwon't get done. One night stay is decent. I would not eat there either.
Very bad and I think it was the worse trip and stay I had not recommended at all

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The room was nice and clean the reception was very nice very helpful we like the location that was quiet not many amenities and not near anything but traveling through and for a clean bed a good place to stop
The desk clerk was very professional and helpful. That was the high point. When we entered the room, there were no working lights and a very powerful odor. Pillows were stacked up on a chair and the beds weren’t made. When we looked in the bathroom, the toilet was sitting in the bathtub. That’s when we decided to not stay at this hotel. The desk clerk was very understanding and refunded our money. If you have a choice to spend the night in your car at the Walmart parking lot or this hotel, I recommend the parking lot..
