Very skeptical of staying at a Red Roof Inn as I think they have a bad rep, but we were very pleased with this hotel. It was very reasonable, the view was lovely of the river and the rooms were comfortable. Location wasn't great, especially if you don't have a vehicle (which we didn't) but if we had a car it would have been fine. Lots of parking.

Trevor at the front desk was welcoming and helpful in answering questions When we arrived upstairs there was a bit of odor. It is a smoke free hotel however it did smell as if someone had smoked The carpets in the hall way had a musty odor There was dry gum on the carpet in my room The pillow top comforter on our bed had lumps There were streaks marks left on the headboard n mirror from the rag they used to clean similar streaks found in the elevator Water pressure amazing, hot water was very hot which I appreciate, temperature control in room worked efficiently Having mini fridge n microwave in the room was a nice surprise since they weren’t listed as an amenity of the room Plenty of parking with a nice view of the lake

The bed was fairly comfortable - The Gentleman who checked us in was friendly and accomodating. The room was unsatisfactory - couldn't see out of window, curtain was torn. door to room had so much space you could hear everything in the hall, the drink machine was not operable. Would not print a receipt since booked through expedia. I would not recommend this hotel.

Parking was great rooms were clean staff was great if I had any complaints it would be that there should be a little something available for breakfast besides coffee tea and juice and a muffin in a bag… Although they don’t charge incidentals so I’m OK with it the one thing I wanna say is the dryer in the laundry room does not dry your clothes you have to use it like three times I think the limp needs to be cleaned out of the hose
