"We had such a lovely stay at the Hilton. We arrived very late after a flight and didn’t initially notice that the TV in our room was missing. Once we did, the staff immediately offered to upgrade us. They were so kind and even gave us a room with two TVs, which was more than generous and made us feel well taken care of.
