The only reason for 4 stars vs 5 would be the that the water in the bathroom failed to get hot some days and the draining in the tub was an issue in the first few days we were there. Check-in was a breeze. The front desk staff were always friendly and h helpful. The room was nice and clean it had a coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. The breakfast was pretty good. The hotels location was very convenient with a free shuttle to and from Newark Airport. A short walk to the Jersey Garden Mall as well as a bus from the mall that goes to Port Authority, NYC. I would definitely stay at The Hampton Inn & Suites again and book through Expedia.
