We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is clean and well maintained, and the staff are friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The breakfast was very good. A special thanks to breakfast staff, who were particularly helpful.

Very nice property with daily breakfast. Only negative is location. You have to walk past a sketchy neighborhood to walk to the subway. Morning would be ok but not late at night. Uber to the queensplaza 7 train is about 9.00. Other than that, its great.

My husband and I stayed here for a short trip. The hotel was nice and clean. The breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, the windows were super thin. We could hear everything outside. The trash trucks came super early waking us up everyday. We didn't get much sleep. Also, I didn't realize the hotel was so close the projects apartments but no one bothered us. We didn't walk around at night. There is not much to do in the area. We had to take a subway ride to most restaurants and attractions. I would not stay here a again.

The staff was super. Miss Ortiz at the front desk, Alice who checked us in. They were so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Coffee was always available in the lobby and on thursday the Manager announced free laundry which was just what we needed. Highly recommend this gem hotel and will be staying there on our next trip to NYC.

Hello, I had a lovely stay at TownePlace Suites by Marriott at this location. Christina was so helpful from start to finish! The hotel is very neat and clean, and the breakfast was amazing. Top-notch service all around. A huge thank you to Christina for giving us a warm welcome every time and always checking in on us. We stayed for 5 days—two families across two rooms. As we visited all the way from Toronto, Canada, we will definitely book this exact hotel the next time we visit New York! P.S. I honestly never write reviews, but this place totally earned one. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and feel super modern. The staff went completely above and beyond, they even decorated our room and left a handwritten note for us, which was such a sweet touch. The neighborhood isn't the prettiest, but we never once felt unsafe, and it’s literally a five-minute walk to the subway. Breakfast was great too, with tasty options to kickstart a busy day. A massive shoutout to Rosa, Luis, and Isis for being so amazing and making us feel right at home. From offering us food and checking in to ask about our day to sharing great local suggestions, they truly went out of their way for us. We will definitely be back!
