Very helpful, friendly staff. Very well maintained campus. However, it's in a dark spot in Queens. Across the street from some kind of power plant and a block over from the largest housing project in Queens. You have to travel through the projects to get to the subway. Not a great idea at night. Rooms are very small too. 2 beds barely fit with just enough room for a small desk and stand up closet. Worth the price if you're not picky, have safe transport, and don't mind the power plant.

The hotel is nice and clean. The area is not the best though. They have street parking or valet for $55 per day. You can take the subway near by, but it is not a safe neighborhood, so I wouldn’t be staying again. The room was comfortable.

Conveniently located to provide access across NYC. The in/out valet was accommodating to work with for our week's stay. The on site restaurant, bar, and gym were nice amenities to have available. The corner grocery store was only at the end ofvthe block. Laundry service was not on site, but if needed only a block over. Room's were somewhat smaller than what I am use to for Doubletree. The cookies were good as usual. 20 min from LGA and about 30 min JFK.

My stay here was amazing! When we arrived we were prepared to leave our luggage and get checked in at 3pm. However, they gave us super early check in complementary. Mohammed was the one helping us and he was super nice, professional, and accommodating. Gave us cookies upon check in also. Cannot say enough great things. Our room was clean, a little small but perfect for 2 people, had everything we needed. The location was great as we were 11 minutes from the train, 20 minutes from LaGuardia airport, and the corner stores that are close to the building were a perk. Great experience, I highly recommend!

Breakfast as advertised as included in our price, kt wasn’t which was not ideal having to spend more money. The house keeping staff where great providing fresh towels everyday, Ali though our body wash wasn’t replaced upon our arrival so we didn’t have any until the next day where we had to ask at reception.

The actual hotel and hotel property is nice, the area around Long Island City can be a bit sketchy. Overall our stay was 10/10, the location is super close to Manhattan and other very popular areas. Would recommend to others.
