The room was wonderful. Overall a great hotel. We were lucky to have a beautiful view of the Manhattan skyline. Staff was great and helpful. Bed was ok. Tips for potential guests: 1) be prepared to pay for a Lyft or Uber to and from subway stations, typically about $13-17 each way. It was a bit of an unexpected expense. It's about a mile to walk, and your feet will always be tired as a tourist in NYC. This will also cut into your tourism time. Count on taking at least an hour or so to get where you want to go, easily. We've stayed right in Manhattan before and felt like we got to see a lot more things last time. They have a courtesy shuttle, but was never available at the times we needed it. I think it stops at 11am and then again only from 5-9pm, and only goes to one station. 2) Breakfast is an absolute MADHOUSE. For a hotel that has so many rooms and floors, they are SEVERELY underprepared to handle a crowd. One station for food cannot handle hundreds of guests. They kept running out of things. The staff worked tirelessly to keep it stocked but it was impossible for them. They should have a 2nd area for food, or have staff serve the guests. It would keep order in the area. Breakfast and a free shuttle were two things that convinced me to try a hotel outside of Manhattan, and we feel like we should have just stayed in the city again. Also, they need to get some bigger shower curtains. They don't cover the length of the shower and water will be all over the floor.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is good. Specially the young man that works at night and the ladies that work at the cafeteria. The parking is a bit tricky because the spots are tight and being underground makes it hard to park. Also, the breakfast buffet can get packed and the food run out.

Preis Leistung ist OK, mit dem angebotenen Shuttle Service schafft man es dann unter 30min zum Times Square. Außerhalb der Shuttle Service Zeiten muss man den Bus nehmen oder 1,5km laufen. Hotelzimmer war gut, wird nur alle zwei Tage gereinigt. Frühstück ist kostenlos, aber man darf nicht viel erwarten. Für 4-5 Tage aber zu empfehlen.

The hotel was a great value. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and quite good. We loved having check out at noon instead of 10am or 11am with most hotels. Travelers need to be aware that this area is not walkable-it's an industrial area. The hotel provides free shuttle service to the closest subway stop or an Uber is easily accessible. We were very please with our stay.

I will give 3 stars, during our check in, the receptionist lady is mean, she wasn’t very polite. The rooms were good, though my only issue about it was that our AC was noisy. Another issue that I have is that the doors often make noise. Every time a neighbor opens a door, and especially when someone accesses the utility room (which was across our room), we could hear the creaking from inside, even late at night. The breakfast menu in this hotel always stays consistent (or the same).

It was very clean and quiet. Rooms were not that spacious. Drinks were watered down. It is not close to a subway must ride the bus to the nearest subway which was 15 min away. They offered a shuttle but was not running 24 hours. Front desk was very nice. I would prefer to stay closer to a subway when in the city.

Everything was good except the location; it was very inconvenient to reach Manhattan. Please consider the shuttles based on the requests too. I came at 11.07, and by the time we got a response, the service was closed, and we struggled with the baby to reach the subway station.

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly and polite, the breakfast was great and everyone enjoyed the food, the air conditioning was good and everything was nice 🔥🔥👍👍👍👍
