Staff could be friendlier. The common areas seem to be overcrowded by people who are not staying at the hotel, which is fine but something to be mindful of. Overall, this hotel was a 10/10. The staff at the rooftop bar could be friendlier.

NEW YORKER BY LOTTE HOTELS
Beautiful hotel with art deco beauty and wonderful staff. The rooms are clean and spacious. I love the central location and vibes.

Hyatt Grand Central New York
The hotel has large rooms for NYC. They are clean and everything works well. It is an easy walk to many of New York's best attractions, including Bryant Park, Time Square and the Empire State building. The lobby market and bar are both good, with friendly staff.
