Staff was super helpful and responsive. Room is spacious and modern. Good options for breakfast. Location is a bit far from popular tourist attractions but I booked this location for event at Linkou arena so it's only one train stop away and it worked out well.

Friendly & helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast buffet and restaurant at top floor of hotel served delicious Chinese food. Hotel is new and clean. Only minor negatives are it’s location in an industrial area so no restaurants and dept. stores in nearby walking proximity to hotel; and hotel has no drop off/pickup frontage to speak of.

This property is conveniently located near a metro station on the line that goes between the airport and Taipei. It is only a 4 min walk away. The room was clean and very nice for the price. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal, one of the best I have had at a hotel. The only downside is that the metro line passes right next to the building and is noisy, definitely is felt in the room especially if it faces the metro. But the train stops running past a certain time, didn't affect my sleep and worth it for the convenient location.

The accommodations at this facility are exceptional, with highly attentive staff. It's rare to find a local hotel brand that competes so closely with international standards. The location is a 10-minute walk from the MRT station. While local food options are sparse within several blocks, you can find a variety of eateries just 10-15 minutes away on foot. The neighborhood, however, is less visually appealing compared to areas like Da'an or Xinyi, which offer more points of interest at similar price points. Given the current nightly rates, it is challenging to recommend this hotel for the Xinzhuang district.

The hotel itself is a well-deserved 4-star hotel; the staff are well-trained and eager to help, the restaurant on the 11th floor offers awesome dishes priced reasonably, and the hotel even has a self-served laundry room - staff will offer free laundry pod(s) upon request. However, the location of the hotel is somewhat less than desirable. Other than the convenience of having the Metro Rapid Transit (MRT) System train station near-by, the MRT track is right outside the hotel. The surface road that the hotel is located next to also generates traffic noise that can be quite bothersome sometimes. Additionally, the trip between the MRT station and the hotel can be a little scary, if you are not familiar with the local (motorbike) driving style. Overall, a solid 4 Star hotel.
