This hotel is very conveniently located right next to the old street. Hotel room includes breakfast and dinner which are fairly good taste. Hotel room has good view and with private hot spring. But public hot spring spa in the hotel is well maintained, clean and offered many amenities. Enjoyed both private and public hot spring in the hotel. Would like to come back.

The area where the hotel is a good place because there are malls with food courts nearby and the train and high speed rail is close by. You can walk to the train station without having to walk outside for too long. We had a restful sleep and we were very pleased with our room and our stay.

The spa has a very special atmosphere and is located in a beautiful setting. We did a full body massage which was amazing (add on cost). The rooms are a bit old but they add to the traditional feeling of the place. There is only one dinner option, hot pot, which tasted average. The room we stayed in was noisy due to a nearby machine running for the whole night, but the bed was huge and comfortable. Overall a very special experience and the spa is great.

Funky and comfortable

You can't beat having a private hot tub overlooking greenery outside. There are also public baths, men and women separate. The hotel is a little funky but comfortable and with pleasant service and good food - hot pot for dinner in your choice of beef, pork, chicken or mushroom (which was great btw). Easy walk to the little train to the waterfall (or walk), with shops run by local tribe. Staff arranged a taxi to airport for 1800 NTD, takes an hour
