"Room ac was leaking into floor which soaked carpet - the carpet then stunk which made the room stink - we reported nothing happened , our room didn’t get cleaned for 2 days we had to ask for it to be cleaned. Ice machines were rarely working - not on every floor and the one you found was out of ice ..."

"It was a cute. The outside water foundation was amazing. The staff was amazing, they let me check in early. The room was clean. It did have a weird smell once we walked in. The shower was also hard to work not sure if that’s for everyone or just my party."
