"This property offers free breakfast with your reservation. We were told that if we wanted lunch or dinner, we had to order the day before. But, breakfast was not ordered in advance as it is included with the room rate. The next day we were ready for breakfast, but the lady in charge of the restaurant had pretty much nothing to offer. Only one of us got a pair of eggs and toast, and the other one got spinach sautéed and toast."

The security guards allowed my driver to enter the gated property once only during my 3 day stay. We made complaints and nothing was done about it. Instead of lifting the gate to allow my taxi driver in, we had to get out each time and walk around in order to enter the hotel.
