"In the middle of night (2.30 AM), the ceiling of the room broke, water stated pouring from ceiling and the room lost the electricity. The hotel staff shifted us to different room( Thank you for that). The next day, the management did not offer any apology for the big inconvenience. All, we were told to call them in advance before next trip so that they can offer better rates."
"3rd stay at Novotel but this time both my friends and I didn’t sleep in both rooms we received. Noisy and pounding. Placed on 3 rd floor, gym and spa on 2 nd floor. Also very noisy outside with street noise which is the first. Last 2 stays it was quiet but this time had the dinner buffet for 4 people and it came to close to $45 USD per person which to me is very expensive for India’s pricing, total charge over $177. Would have gone out to World Mark to eat but didn’t feel like leaving hotel since we have a morning flight. Buffet was delicious.
But staff was very kind and polite and helpful and hotel very clean like previous 2 stays. Enjoyed my previous 2 stays before when it was quiet and affordable.

"We had a fantastic stay at Aloft Delhi Aerocity. The staff were extremely helpful, responsive and attentive. We appreciated the room service dining options, and the breakfast buffet was impeccable. Would definitely stay here again!"
"Watch out what the staff on the front desk tell you
they will promise you things that they can’t deliver during checkin. The Staff was very rude and unapologetic during checkout. "
