Hidden in the heart of delhi

Tricky bit is trying to find it for the first time. It’s challenging, you may need to ask. Regular hostel inside though.

Relatively clean but dont expect anything compared to western hotel standards. Fittings are very old and barely working, e.g. the shower head in my room was not working and the temperature could not be adjusted. That said however, safety beats all and this is a very safe place, especially for solo travellers. Staff is super helpful, especially in a city like Delhi which is quite tedious to move around. They can also help with tours, drivers etc. as the hostel manager has a tour company also. Overall, decent quality if you're not too picky. Price could be lower, as current does not reflect the facilities.

Amazing staff who helped us with everything we needed. They booked trains for us and answered all our questions and gave us useful tips on getting around the india. We were totally lost in india but after our stay at Backpackers Heaven we felt well prepared for the rest of our journey. Thanks for everything

Best hostel ever. I travelled several coutries before, but it's my first time to be helped by hostel. I was so badly scammed when I tried to go the hostel from new delhi station. I chose wrong tuktuk driver and he lied, guided me to wrong place. When I felt I'm in trouble, Backpackers heaven helped me to escaped from there even in the mid night. And also they helped me to get full-refund from scammers. Thanks to Abdul, Raj and other staffs o kuldeep friends Hostel I can keep good memories of India. Thank you

Kokemus suuren basaarin sydämessä

Alkuhämmennys oli pöyristyttävä. Majapaikkaan mentiin kapeaa kujaa pitkin, joka oli suorastaan iljettävä. Ihmisiä kurkki ympärillä ja melu oli sen mukainen. Mutta kun pääsi sisälle, siellä oli aivan mukVantuntuinen ja siisti tunnelma. Ystävälliset virkailijat yrittivät rauhoitella meitä ja halusin nähdä huoneen joka meille oli varattu. Huone oli siisti ja kivasti sisustettu ja kaken kruunasi pyöreä sänky. Jäimme sinne kolmeksi yöksi. Saimme kokea Intian basaarin elämää hyvin läheltä.

Airport pickup was on time and when arrived at hostel manager and employees were all polite and helpful. I booked for 3 nights but as I met a friend I asked to check out early and they gave me a refund for 2 days which was very nice of them. The best thing about the staff was that they were very helpful even when I got stuck in jhodpur they helped me book me a train to bring me back to Delhi which was almost impossible for me . All in all good place to stay.

booking with the expedia app in $ is a rip off. i paid 2 what i should have paid for my room: my room was stained, had no workeable wifi or a tv cable box. the place also has like 3 names, which to me is a bit suss

Recommendable place

The hostel arrange a pick up for me at the airport which I was extremely happy about because I arrived late at night. They were really helpful and contacted me via WhatsApp to ensure I will find the driver. The room was clean, the staff friendly and it is close to the shopping area and the Train station. I will surely stay there again if I go back to Delhi. Thank you again.
