"Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough and I want to stay here again. The only problem I had was finding it at first from the station, and it was further away from attractions I liked. But transit and walking was close enough. It was so clean. Staff was so helpful. It had everything I needed and more. They held my luggage on my last day as I explored Tokyo one more time. I was sad to leave. The bar had a great view and the cafe below made it easy to start my day with a smoothie or coffee. The convenience store underground was also very useful for returning after long days on my feet. It was nice to grab a drink and snack before heading up to my room for the evening. I will be coming back"

"I paid for and booked a panoramic view room and that’s not what I was given. They gave me a room with a balcony instead. Other than that, the hotel was nice and very clean. The staff were great and the view of the tower from the garden lounge was amazing. Overall, it was a great stay."

"I have been staying at this hotel for years on my frequent business trips to Japan. You truly cannot beat the price for what you get here. The rooms are always clean and functional. One feature I love is the AirPlay mirroring on the TV—it makes it incredibly convenient to cast my laptop screen for work or entertainment. The amenities are fantastic, especially the on-site convenience stores. But the best part after a long day is the massive onsen spa. It is the perfect way to relax. A reliable, choice every single time!"

"Great for the price. Being able to walk under a roof either on the second floor or in the basement from Shimbashi station is huge in Japan. Good train access from NRT and HND so you don’t have to go outside from your airport at home all the way to your hotel room. Being one station (walking distance) from Ginza is great for shopping and eating. Breakfast is ok but nothing to write home about. I’d rather starve myself for dinner at Kadowaki Sushi Ginza."
