"Great outdoor terrace for each room"

"The staff at this hotel were so lovely and attentive, they provided us with great service and helped us set up some excursions in addition to our shuttle. There are a few local restaurants near by, which kept us satisfied for the 5 days we were there, but we also had a kitchenette, which was nice, although we didn’t use it like we had planned with the proximity of restaurants. Another added bonus was having laundry in our room!"

"This place was perfect for us. It was very clean, has AC, and in a nice gated property (although it doesn’t feel unsafe outside). It was very walkable to a few dining areas and a shopping centre. What makes this place also great was Kate! She was very responsive and made sure we were taken care of. She even brought treats for my girls and drove us from and back to the airport. Would definitely recommend this place!"

"The property is old and under renovation, it’s not so comfortable with family of 4. I wouldn’t stay here again. I was gonna change my accommodation unfortunately it was already paid and there was no refund available, hotel.com should have option for relocation and refund if the accommodation is what we aspect. It looks good in the picture unfortunately the site visit was not same as the pictures shown on the website. "

"Was a wonderful stay for a family reunion. The views were amazing, rooms were very comfortable and hosts were friendly and helpful. Our shuttle driver Ravi was personable and ready for a ride whenever we were in need. "

"For the price paid, the apartment was not ready for us to check in and we spent over an hour waiting for the cleaner to finish. The cleanliness wasn’t great either. There were no washing liquid and kitchen towels. The pillows and beddings looked like they were not washed either. The floors weren’t mopped as we could still see dirt on the tiles. "

"The stay was great as we were walking distance to the market with fresh fruits, etc. Also very walkable in town and close to the University. The staff was so helpful and attentive -- so appreciate that! Also, the owner was very gracious to let us have a late check out based on departure time at the airport. "Our stay at Shangri-La Yanunca Island was a great last minute option after we had to cancel our trip to Noumea. We opted for the all inclusive package so we didn't have to worry about currency etc. For a 7 night stay there was enough variety of restaurants for lunch and dinner, the buffet breakfast got a bit repetitive. There was everything we needed on the island with optional extras offered (e.g. scuba diving). We onlywish the weather had been a bit nicer! For those travelling without...
