"The beds were comfortable and the AC was quiet and cold. It was a welcome break from the July heat! Check in was smooth and orderly. The agent was friendly and professional. I'm not normally a hotel breakfast buffet fan, but I thought it was very good. We appreciated the welcome table in the foyer which contained a biscuits for dogs and a bowl of fruit for their owners! The next time we travel through town with our dog, we'll be sure to return. I highly recommend!"

"The room was clean, and staff was helpful. I found it strange that the front desk had restrictions on the TVs volume. Remote would not work or couldn’t be adjusted without their assistance. The coffee maker in the room and refrigerator did not work properly. The refrigerator froze everything, when adjusted it was either to warm or way to cold. The air conditioner was so loud, it made it difficult to sleep. This was not somewhere I would stay again for longer than a night, our 3 day stay was...

"Very clean hotel with attentive staff. Parking was a bit tight, but okay. All rooms seemed to be on the 2nd and 3rd floors with the reception desk and breakfast area on the first floor. Beds were comfortable, linens nice. Rooms had carpet."

Not having a bathtub wasn’t the issue. I wish we had a longer shower curtain (unless it’s a rule to have short ones for wheelchair accessible bathrooms) or more towels to help catch all the water because it goes EVERYWHERE. "Stayed one night with husband and 2 children. We arrived at 8:30pm .As soon as we walked into the room it was soo hot it felt like it was at least 100 degrees in the room. We turned Ac unit on an it was not cooling the room by 11:30pm. Called front desk and Justin came to the room an said the ac waa blowing cold air even tho it waa cooling thw room down. "The room was over priced wasn’t cleaned. Well they overcharged for snacks downstairs no hot tub. It took forever to check in and then it was so hard to get extra towels throughout our stay. We’re not recommend. I am a Holiday Inn express member and that’s why I will continue to go to. We just picked this one because we wanted an outdoor pool, but nothing about this property was extra extraordinary or fancy or nice or anything. "My room had no air conditioning, so we were told we could receive a refund. We were checked out of the hotel less than an hour after we checked in. They had no other rooms available. I haven't received my refund yet, and this was weeks ago. I messaged the hotel and no answer. There were also zero parking spaces available, and several people were parking in the fire lanes."

"The bar was the best thing about the stay. The bar tender was very nice. Although the older lady working at the front desk was very rude at check in and through out my stay with them. I asked and paid for a king room with a kitchenette but she rudely gave me a standard king room. I will never stay there again!"
