"We arrived approximately 2.5 hours after check-in time, yet our room was still not ready. The employee who checked us in was very kind and helpful, but the overall hotel operation seemed chaotic throughout our stay.Our room had a strong wet dog odor. The carpet/floor under the air conditioner felt soft, as if there may have been moisture damage. The air conditioner was also extremely loud when cycling off, sounding like a truck running outside the room. By morning, the room felt damp and humid.We also discovered there were no extra pillows or blankets available for the sofa bed. When we requested them, we were told the hotel did not have any available.When checking out, I attempted to share these concerns with the front desk, but the response felt dismissive and there was little interest in addressing the issues.Unfortunately, between the delayed room, unpleasant odor, maintenance concerns, lack of bedding, and poor response to feedback, this was not the experience we expected."
