"Hotel was clean, quiet and convenient. The only complaint is the elevators. There should be more than two elevators for such a high building. Most guests have to wait several minutes to get into the elevator."

"まず、予約確認の時点から、とても親切に対応していただき、旅行に行くのがとても楽しみでした。 宿のロケーションは、かなり階段を登った上にあるので、楽ではありませんが、夜でも往来しやすいように、電灯や矢印が整備されていたので、よかったです。 部屋の設備も、ドライヤーや鏡が2個用意してあるなど、快適に過ごせるように整えてあり、快適に過ごすことができました。 なんと言っても、1番よかったのは、スタッフの方の対応が、最高でした。チェックインする時の、設備や周囲のとても詳しく説明してくださいました。 当日は大雨に見舞われてしまったのですが、傘を貸していただいたり、濡れた靴を乾かす用意がしてあったり、とても助かりました。 高評価されているのも納得のお宿です。"

"子どもたちと一緒に2025年12月29日～31日まで滞在しました。九份のバス停から歩いて2～3分に位置しており、入り口から上へ続く階段を上がるとすぐにメインストリートのお店の並ぶ通りに出られます。 予約時から、日本語の上手なスタッフのLINEを教えていただき、とても安心でした。滞在中もきめ細やかに対応していただき、ホスピタリティの高さに感動しました。 また、台湾に行くことが合ったらぜひ宿泊したいです。"

"Breakfast was good. The breakfast room had great ambiance and a nice view. Staff were great - very helpful with directions. Location wasn’t too bad. A bit difficult to get to if you are hauling around large suitcases/luggage but it is located very close to one end of the main strip near the elementary school. Room was small and basic but was enough if you have small suitcases. "

"Great property, was a good experience being able to stay in a more traditional home away from big hotels and further from the tourist areas of Jiufen. The home was fully stocked with everything we needed and the extra food and drinks were appreciated. The only issue we had was that the location on Google Maps was not accurate and we got lost trying to find it the first time; however afterwards we realized it was actually in a great spot not too far from the Old Street. "Ok small, compact room. In a good location not too far from the Old road - however initially we found it hard to find. We only traveled with small backpacks which was fine, however you would need a taxi with packs/bags! Overall, ok accommodation a night & for the price."
