"Unit was very large and clean. Has a washer and dryer and a great kitchen. Only possible issue is that no uber can go down the street. It is at the top of a slight hill, so you must be able to walk up and down a hill. Approx 3-5 minutes up the street from the Fado Museum. Tons of restaurants and markets. Walking distance to most popular places in Alfama. We hired a proper taxi from the airport and the Police wouldn’t let him drive down the street. It took a long time to get to the hotel due to...

"A lovely place to stay while visiting Lisbon. The rooms were clean, service was wonderful and the downstairs restaurant was delicious…the layout of the is a bit odd but adds to the charm. Breakfast was also fab!"

It is also close to many restaurants or to catch any public transit (even the iconic E28 trolly). "The location is perfect for walking through the historic and shopping areas. Walking up to the castle is direct through beautiful laneways…or take the nearby Tram 28. The ferry/Metro terminal is just steps away which makes for easy arrival from the airport. (After visiting Lisbon, we returned to the airport by metro to pick up our rental car. You don’t need/want a car in town) The room is modern and clean with a comfortable bed. Some thoughtful extras in the room. The staff is responsive and...
