"This is a well-run and comfortable hotel. It is also good value for money. It is well-situated, close to the tram line and the great sites in the Alfarma district. The breakfast is excellent, with fresh baked goods, plenty of fruit, eggs, bacon, cold meats and cheeses. A taxi is needed to get to the front door, Ubers cannot access the street."

"Most of the reception staff were lovely. Some people might not like having to bend down in the rooms with a slanted ceiling. A good location although be prepared for the hill. The tea/coffee in the room are only espresso coffee or earl grey tea, no milk or other options but I did not ask reception for more choice. The breakfast could do with more variation but nice having bucks fizz. Tried the afternoon tea but was told there was no milk until the next morning, there's a supermarket a few...

"We intended to have breakfast at some cute little Portuguese restaurant, but the hotel's breakfast was too, convenient, delicious and reasonably priced."
