"The room was very clean and comfortable (and quite large!). I also appreciated that the heat/AC was quiet compared to most other places I've stayed. Minor drawbacks: There was some confusion on the part of the front desk staff about whether there was a full breakfast buffet available (there wasn't, maybe because the hotel wasn't full enough?). The toiletries had an oddly strong smell, and one that (also oddly) seemed more oriented toward businessmen. A more neutral, less strong scent would have been good."

"The morning of the 21st, the desk clerk that was on was rude she was not accommodating. My room key did not work so I was lock out of my room, when I called down to the front desk I got no answer I went down stairs there was no one there. After about fifteen minute wait she finally up. But it is absolutely too much to go into now so what I will do is notify Marriott headquarters."

"Unexpected charges to park. We are in Natick, not Boston, $10 to park a car is insane. The room I had (334), had a shower from the side wall. Not convenient at all, let alone the shower head was one you find in a camper. Water pressure was terrible (worst than a camper), and it was either luke warm or scalding hot. No happy in between."
