"The entire hotel smelled really bad."

"No elevator work the entire (4) day stay..,placed on Six floor had to carry my own luggage up and down the steps I’m almost (66). Lock out my room (3) times the card to enter is bad. No one called to explain about the broke elevator nor offer to pay the money I paid back…nor was there an action plan in place to offer an another hotel. It’s was just terrible elderly people treated like this. I e were told the elevators were down since last Wednesday."

"There was a little bit of a smell in the carpets and it looked like some mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. In room coffee maker didn’t work. Other than that, location was great, breakfast was great, employees friendly. The lady taking care of breakfast area did a wonderful job."

"The worker the night I checked in was not really friendly. The advertised pictures on Expedia showed rooms with plank flooring however there was carpet in the room. The Expedia advertisement showed shower/bathtub combo however it was shower only (my little one doesn’t yet take showers). The breakfast was minimal and the entire juice machine and water machine was down. They had a couple of juice bottles on the counter but no water. Overall the entire place looked and smelled clean and the morning worker was very friendly. Only wish it would have been more as advertised"

"Very invited and even got us in our room early. We had to stay over night because of a procedure and they had everything we needed. Very clean and late check out was very helpful. A small store for things u may need. Ice bucket for as much ice u need and water bottle station. There was more but we only stayed one night. Would highly recommend. "
