"Rude staff, watered down Marriott property with bare minimum functionalities for a tired business traveler. Front desk female clerk treated me TERRIBLE."

"three of the lights did not work in the room, the power station for charging cell phones did not work. There were poorly patched sections on the walls in the bathroom. The breakfast crew did not show up, so the breakfast was gross and missing most of the food and they shut it down hours early."

"The room was clean and the restaurants were great, the pool on the other hand was a little outdated and very loud with children playing and going in and out of the hottub. I feel if they are going to have the prices of a high end spa there should be a separate area for children and other hotel guests. It completely ruined my zen with the spa. "

"Due to multiple unresolved issues, I ultimately chose to check out early and move to a different hotel. During my stay, the phone in my room was not functioning properly. Although maintenance attempted to repair it, the issue was never resolved. Additionally, the water service was unavailable for more than five hours on two consecutive days without any prior notice or communication. Overall, communication throughout these situations was poor, and I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously or addressed with urgency. These experiences significantly impacted my comfort and confidence in the quality of the stay making me check out and going to another hotel for my last days."
