Very clean facility with a friendly & professional staff. The shower floor is rather slippery but with care taken should not be a big issue. Otherwise, a very nice stay in all aspects.

Stayed here on a roadtrip & so got to the hotel close to midnight. Staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly for the time of night which was much appreciated! As for the room it was modern & seemed very clean. Then, before leaving, the coffee in the lobby was some of the best coffee I’ve had at a hotel of this variety. All in all I was happily surprised by the quality of everything during my stay & would happily stay again.

Always a great experience, been staying at this hotel at least once a year since it opened in 2020. It's clean, good price, and a friendly staff. This trip we stayed here to go to a concert in charlotte, was a 20 minute trip to the coliseum in charlotte.
