"Bathrooms need to be updated and some room smelt of smoke"

"The place is old and dated.Closet doors dont open correctly, carpets are old and worn out, the countertop was cracked and the pressboard was falling off on the floor. TV is old and grainy, zero cell phone signal so you are forced to use their wifi and they openly tell you that they will be using certain information from your phone to ensure a better stay. Very expensive for a poor hotel. I wish I had stayed at the Marriott."

"The bed was so comfortable and the room was clean and cozy. The staff were all very kind and helpful. We will definitely return!"

"Received an unexpected room upgrade, from 2 queen beds to a luxury suite, awsome"

"Everything thing was good except would have been nice to have an alarm clock between beds and cleaning people could have topped up coffee"

"The rooms needed some updates"

"It was very nice place to stay. The kids enjoyed the pool area. The room where nice and clean staff was friendly."
