They had cook stove which was awesome amenity at ppty whereas the overall carpet was spotty and rooms have smell when entering Breakfast was quite low than expected understanding that the hotel is 3 star and prices are great Breakfast had no attraction Staff was knowledgeable and very helpful in overall entering and check out Wishing you the best and see you next year 😃

My wife and I recently stayed here, and as she has mobility issues, we specifically requested an accessible room. We were very pleased with the overall accommodation and found the room to be comfortable. While we had a great stay, I would note for future guests with limited mobility that the toilet bowl height felt a bit low and the bed was slightly high. Despite these minor points, we had a very positive experience. This is our second visit in two years, and we will definitely choose to stay here again when we return to Kelowna.

The rooms were very clean. I didn’t use the hot tub or the swimming pool but the breakfast could use a little help. Not too many options for breakfast. But it wasn’t bad. I just had better, which is fine. And they have nowhere to fill your water bottles on the main floor. You have to go upstairs to the kitchen area or dining area I guess. Which is a bit inconvenient when you’re walking out the door. But staff was wonderful and it was really clean so I would definitely stay again.

The room was clean. Breakfast was good, they had boiled eggs along with fruit which is a little healthier than the standard toast bagels, muffins and waffles which they also had. The pool and hot tub were warm and it had a shower.
