"We were extremely disappointed with our stay at Kettle Valley Beach Resort. Unfortunately, the property was nothing like it appeared in the online photos. The cabin was dirty when we arrived, with bugs on the floors and walls, and there were used, dirty washcloths hanging in the bathroom. "We stayed two nights in the West Wing. Loved the room layout, and sitting out on that balcony reading and enjoying coffee and the view made for a great start to each day. The young lady who helped me with early check in was lovely and helpful, calling me when the room was ready after arranging to have my bag (which was stored) brought up to room before my arrival."

"Older hotel, but staff is really trying to make it hip. Had free ice cream one night, and a free barbecue to celebrate Canada Day. Great location. Our room was surprisingly larger than expected."

"This motel was decent if you need a dog friendly place. The A/C only worked in the bedroom not the rest of room. And you have to wash your own dishes or charge you. But the bed was comfortable and it had a kitchenette."

"It seems like effort was made to keep the property up to date and clean but the customer service was lacking in my opinion! During check in one staff member constantly spoke with the gentleman checking me in while completing ignoring that he was with a customer (me). Meanwhile, even though I requested in the comment section of my Expedia booking that I’d like an early check in there was NO communication as to the availability nor cost of such a thing. "The shower head was broken and sprayed water everywhere anytime you used it. Otherwise, this place was an awesome place to stay with my two young niece's they had a great time in the pool and the location couldn’t be better. The BBQs were also a really great option so that we could cook our dinners outside. One of the BBQ’s was not working and could use a clean."

"We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Our room was newly renovated and was fantastic. Location was great, just off Hwy 97 as you enter into Penticton. Steps away from a private ( quiet) Beach. In our room we had a fridge/ freezer, microwave, coffee maker, dishes,kettle really anything you would need. There is a BBQ for use and plenty of outdoor seating. Ashley the manager was absolutely wonderful. She was so helpful with some needs that we had wanted. I would definitely stay here...
