Small well appointed inn with Napa charm. Very clean rooms and quiet within a 6 minute walk to downtown and all the restaurants and shopping. We will stay here again as a great place to stay after a concert. Breakfast was delicious.

Tim is delightful, and does everything. Only parking for 3 cars on site. Street park---on side streets for all others. The Inn is old and charming, but in need of maintenance to make it feel not dingy. breakfast is ova/lacto based and hearty. My bedding was very comfy, and rooms--in my case a postage stamp--- have Kerigs, hair dryers and iron boards. Depends on the price you pay at the time you reserve whether its worth it.

“Rest Easy, Stay for Breakfast!”

My second stay, you get a homemade breakfast, in the pretty dining area., and a juice coffee, tea bar set up..the people are warm , and it’s like staying in someone’s home. It’s a very nice area , of downtown Napa, lots of things to do nearby. The little hotels, b&b, give you a different experience than the bigger swag resorts. I love it!
