The outdoor hot tub was closed for almost the whole day of my stay, a Thursday, webside says it gets closed on Mondays when I booked this resort. Restaurant key on the phone was not entered so couldnt call restaurant directly. Dirty plates in restaurant (takeout) My 71 year old Aunt got lost outside ...

The room in general was fine, the bed was way too soft for us ...so not the best sleep.. not thrilled with the outdoor walkways to rooms.. esp if coming to and from pool in a robe this time of year...
