"This hotel was great, private bathroom, bidet. Room was fine for single person. Breakfast buffet was good. Very nice location for great food and stations not far away. Only annoyance was the elevator traffic- this is a huge hotel 40 floors they split the elevator traffic between half the floors 6 elevators for each half top/bottom. Often waiting 5 or so minutes for elevator and squeezing together. "

"Great hotel, lovely staff, pathetic breakfast. We had a corner room for our family of three, and it was terrific. Huge bathroom, good sized beds, and the staff were very helpful. There were two issues; one minor and one major. The minor issue was the laundry. If you’re trying to wash & dry anything heavier than a t-shirt, plan on 3-4 hours. The major issue is the breakfast. We’ve been to many hotels in Japan and this one is the worst by far. No fresh fruit, all the baked goods were all over-baked and dry. Japanese and western options were all bad. That said, breakfast staff were great. "

"My first time at a Sotetsu Fresa, it was lovely, clean and convenient. Across the street from the Yodoyabashi station entrance, friendly izakaya next door and a great price. I ended up staying additional nights because I enjoyed it here. Thank you to the helpful staff for extending my booking!"
