We liked that it was close to Nagano Station and that we didn’t hear any traffic noise despite it being close to transportation hub. Staff was friendly and hotel room was clean. Will stay there again.

1) close to Nagano station where you can find most restaurants nearby 2) room is spacious enough for Asians 3) quite many little things to feel good hospitality: free facial mask, different shampoo and shower brands, small treats 4) helpful staff

Handy to the station and great, friendly service.

The staff were very friendly and helped with the automated check in. There are lots of extras provided including a free soft drink every day, choice of extra pillows and donuts. The rooms are very small for two people but there is a big tv and a small lounge and fridge. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice.

Check-in was effortless, and the customer service was spotless. A complimentary drink of your choice from the vending machine, along with a donut and hot coffee or tea, was a fantastic touch. I love hotels that let you take as many amenities as you need, and this is one of them! Their products are POLA, which is a big plus. If you’re looking for a good Western breakfast, they offer a solid one. Another great perk is the free locker storage for your luggage. One small recommendation: they don’t provide humidifiers in the rooms, which is quite common in Japanese hotels. And connecting to a wifi can be a little bit dounting Overall, I would definitely choose to stay here again

Conveniently located by Nagano Station. A lot of restaurants nearby. Storage lockers available before check in and after check out. They offer a free donut on check in. Prepaid breakfast had a good selection. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was on the 6th floor overlooking the street. You pick your own amenities downstairs.

在長野JR 站對面，行3分鐘就到。 所有設施都好新，好乾淨！非常好。 寄存行理唔駛去reception,自己用門口免費locker. 入住有甜品同啡茶，亦提供各種即棄日用品，仲有唔同枕頭揀，係lift 旁自己拎。 用早餐卷，除左可以食酒店餐廳早餐，仲可以去隔離Wendy burger 度免費order 一個餐，再帶回酒店餐廳，酒店餐廳早餐係自助式，有提供沙律，炸雞，薯條，湯，乳酪等等。

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich hervorragend – zentral und trotzdem ruhig, ideal um die Stadt zu erkunden. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Verkehrsanbindungen sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr angenehm und wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Gerne würden wir wiederkommen und können das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen.

スタッフの対応はよかったです。客室はドライヤー等使う際鏡が遠くて届かず苦戦しました。TV近く又はコンセント近くに鏡が欲しかったです。夜中寒くて毛布が欲しかったです。暖房は乾燥が嫌でつけずに、コートをかけてしのぎました。掃除は行き届いていてきれいでした。

La cama y las almohadas son demasiado duras, y lo que uno busca cuando está de vacaciones es reponerse en la noche y no lo logramos. Pero el personal es muy amable, de hecho me prestaron 2 almohadas más cómodas, sin costo extra, lo cual les agradezco mucho, de algo sirvió! Con respecto a la ubicación, es muy buena!

客室は非常に快適でした。 ただWi-Fiが接続しなかったので、勝手ながらケーブルの抜き差し等を繰り返し復旧させました。 定期的にチェックした方が良いかもしれません。 朝食がウェンディーズとは意表をつかれましたが、学生時代にバイトをした経験があったので、懐かしく感じました。他のメニュー、特に野菜&ドレッシングが美味しかったです。
