The best service I have ever experienced around the world! The staff here are amazing. Beautiful rooms with amazing views. The breakfast is a 5 course meal or buffet- highly recommend. They have a free shuttle service which saves you so much $ on taxis. Couldn’t recommend more highly!

Wow !! What a place, great service, great people, excellent food !!! If you need to choose one place to stay there on ski season, it’s your choice. I love Japan but this service blow my mind !! They take you to the gondolas and go back for you without cost and the best service actitude

Great hotel with fantastic service

I stayed here couple weeks ago, I like the environment and comfort and quiet place, the manager and staff are great and friendly, that’s the reason why I came back. The manager upgrade me to a room with Jaguzzi. Sadly is the air conditional is abit old , doesn’t cool up the room quick, but it still fine. The hotels room definitely needs a proper upgrade as there is many wear and tear and air conditional need an overhaul too. Wallpaper has to be clean as you can see some stains.

A Wonderful Hotel. And Twice as Wonderful Staff.

I have visited this property four times since 2012. The hotel is beautifully nestled in the forest and lit up with pin lights, the rooms are lovely and spacious and come with a deep plunge bath. It is convenient to walk to the slopes, on the main shuttle service and one can walk to surrounding restaurants, bars and ski rentals. But what stands this hotel apart is the impeccable service from the amazing staff. During ski season they lay out your warm ski/boarding boots at the door, and they help you get transportation to the lifts. At the end of the day they greet you at the door with a smile, take your wet gear and swap back your warm personal shoes. There is a lovely lobby for an apre glass of wine and a fireplace for roasting marshmallows. They help you find reservations to dinner and help you sort transportation to and from. I travel globally for work and leisure, from the smiles to the can-do, and truly helping guest I have found rare a team that could exceed in provincially my an amazing experience. So hotel I give top marks, and for the hotel staff, double that. 👍👏🙏

The hotel staff was very friendly and helped us to book two dinners, three private ski lessons as well as pick up and drop off for ski runs for the nearby Happo-One ski area. They also helped to arrange for pick up from and to the Hakuba-Happo bus station.

El personal es muy amable, la parada para el autobús que transporta a las estaciones de ski está justo saliendo del hotel 3 min caminando, te hacen la vida muy cómoda y el desayuno es muy bueno y basto. Sin duda regresaría.

よかった事 ・レストランのスタッフの方々が素晴らしかったです ・八方尾根まで送迎サービス ・森を眺めてのテラス朝食 残念だった事 ・西館が古くカビ臭い ・氷は有料 古い西館での宿泊でした。 説明を見ても古いとは分からずベットタイプで残りがダブルかツインのみ、ツイン希望でしたので西館を選んだのですが、古くて驚きました。 ロビーはカビ臭く調度品も古かったです。 清掃はとても行き届いていてキレイでしたし、客室はカビ臭くなかったです。 ただバスタブの排水が悪くシャワーを浴びていてもすぐに足元が水で埋まってきて排水溝の水かと思うと気持ち悪かったです。 コンセントも外れかけていました。 とても素晴らしいと思ったのはレストランのスタッフの皆さんの対応でした。 気遣いではなく心配りがあり、とても良くしていただきました。 それまでガッカリしていたのですが朝食での皆さんの接客で全て挽回されました。 ハード面さえ改良されていれば、より満足できたかと思います。
