"My stay at the Jerusalem Gate Hotel was okay overall, but there were a few disappointing parts. Some of the staff made me feel a bit unwelcome at times, and the synagogue was not available when I needed it, which was inconvenient. The room also felt somewhat outdated and gray, and housekeeping could have paid a little more attention to detail when making the bed. With some improvements to service and room upkeep, the experience could be much better."

"Hotel was pretty good but noise and cleanliness were affected by light rail construction in the street, not their fault, and of course, personell presence might have been affected by war-time absences. "The staff was VERY helpful! We were disappointed that there was no breakfast, but we understood that it was because of the war and fewer guests. For at least one night, we were the only ones! Any time there was a problem, the staff addressed it immediately. Parking was convenient, and the maid service was excellent."
