The air conditioning was "broken" after trying and rereading the directions ten times i went down stairs and was told to just open the window. The room was spacious and mostly clean. The staff was lovely overall. It was a good starting point to walk around and explore Jeonju, the city of food with a rich history in hanji(papermaking). "
