The check in process was excellent because the staff is great. The property is in the middle of renovations so as long as you are aware of this you should be fine with your stay. All should be great once the renovations are complete.

So the hotel is under renovation. If you will be bothered by that I would not recommend. We enjoyed it because our goal was the beach. We didn't stay in the room much. It was just a place to sleep. Even with the renovation the rooms were clean. It was quiet. The staff's behavior was efficient. You aren't going to get someone who is smiling a lot. Think Department of motor vehicles. They aren't rude. Just very much seems like the light has been sucked from their soul. Ultimately if you don't need any bells and whistles this is the place. Just a neutral opinion about it.

They are undergoing construction on several floors. The parking area underneath and the hallway leading to room was cluttered with construction stuff. The room was very spacious. Some electrical outlets did not work, but we made do for the 2 nights we were there. Great view of the beach from our balcony. Saw the sun rise the 2 mornings wew were there. Just beautiful!

When we arrived my was lready charged. The front desk manager was excellent to provide me with getting parking and room service. We asked for a suite with king beds but that was changed and my room was with one full bed with the bathroom was down the hallway and not in my room. The 4th floor was being renovated and the hallway from elevator to room had debris that could have been harmful to me as i am on a rollator with a disability. After filing a complaint i was moved to 8th floor. The walkin shower there didnt work. The manager did make me comfortable for the rest of my stay. Pics were taken as to hazard if you need them. I will not stay at this location again.

It was just my husband and I, we had a king size bed with full kitchen and oceanfront. I was blessed with witnessing the dolphins swim along side the beach, absolutely beautiful! Our check in process was easy and very friendly. The manager, Shorlanda and her associates were very helpful. I didn't realize that my card had already been charged for the room and I was trying to pay in cash. Shorlanda and Shanoi quickly realized what happened and called me back in to give me my money back. Very honest and friendly staff! The hotel is under construction right now (March 2026), so please expect that when you go. Our room was beautiful! How you're made to feel upon check in can affect your whole trip, actually wanted to stay longer. Thank you to the staff for helping us have a relaxing, and enjoyable weekend! I do recommend it, and we'll be back.

Loved how the sweets didn’t have, but one room across from each other. Had a great view of both the ocean and the boardwalk. Did not like parking across the street would’ve rather paid extra to park in parking garage underneath hotel. Wish they had a bar on site or a bar at the pool.

What I liked was that the price was reasonable, staff were friendly and we had access to the beach from the resort. What I didn't like was there were dead roaches all over the bathroom floor, the change filter light was on on the AC unit and the bath towels were stained with brown spots. After sleeping in the room for 3 nights I ended up with a sore throat and losing my voice due to breathing air that was being filtered through the dirty filter in the AC unit. Fortunately we were only there to shower & sleep each night, we did not spend much time at all in the room due to my children playing in a softball tournament all day. Pictures online are very deceiving and make the place look nicer than it was. It was disappointing.

My husband and I booked a last minute trip for our anniversary about a week & a half ahead. We got an oceanfront king suite (two balconies, full kitchen, living room, king bed, two TVs) for a wonderful price. The check in process was easy, with our room ready right on time. They are renovating, but nothing that caused any major hiccups in our stay. Some parking is blocked off in the garage, but there are spacious lots diagonally across the street. We did luck out and got handicap parking in the garage 6/7 of our days (my husband is an amputee). The room was very spacious, and the AC worked excellent. The room did have some typical wear and tear, but it was very clean. The elevators were never jam packed and moved quickly. The pools (2 pools, lazy river) were well maintained and never over crowded. The hot tub is closed for renovations, but this wasn’t something we cared to use in 95 degrees anyways! The beach access was very convenient. Shorlanda was absolutely FABULOUS. She was so polite, always greeted guests, and we saw her all over the hotel making sure things were going smoothly. Any time I saw her dealing with an issue, she handled it so calm and professionally. All the staff were very friendly and helpful in general! We’ve been to Myrtle many times and have stayed many places, and this would be a repeat stay for sure! As a couple just there to enjoy relaxation and some fun in the sun, this was easily 10/10!

Check in was smooth didn't have my ID was able to email. Lady at the desk said elevator was broken and another lady said there was no elevator and we were on the 4th floor so up and down the stairs was a hassle but room was spacious clean easy access to the beach store and liquor store across the street convenient no housekeeping unless ask not a good breakfast selection just waffles coffee cereal and yogurt

Recently went for Father’s Day weekend and it’s still currently under renovation so there is people still painting and renovating the rooms. The good thing is that the beach is literally right there and everything is so close! We loved the pizza right around the corner (Leo’s) 10/10 recommend.
