Got back from the beach stopped at the front desk gentle men at counter was rude as can be I walked in asked for extra towels to shower as already used the other ones he first response is it going to be awhile I’m busy . Second response was they was suppose to turn down your room this morning your sure you don’t have towels I said I haven’t been in my room since this morning when I left did not know they would be bringing me towels I stopped here first before going to my room .. to which he replied maybe you should have checked first .. Second check your tv stands the whole tv/dresser stand was wobbling if t wasn’t for the fridge on the one shelf it all would fall over forgot to video it Third the toilet didn’t work proper you either had to flush it three times to get it all down or literally stand hold the handle down the whole time to get it to all go down .

Worst place that we have ever stayed. The room door was open when we got there Wasn’t sure who or what has been in there before we got there. The room had little teeny flying bugs once we got in there and turn the lights off. I left an open drink on my night stand over night and in the morning it was full of drowning cockroaches. The fixtures in the bathroom were hanging off the wall. The door knob in the bathroom was not bolted on and locked my wife into the bathroom also the toilet did not flush either. The key cards they gave us did not work when we came back later that night. The late night manager was very rude when we went to get new cards to get into our room. He acted like it was our fault of the cards didn’t work and was not very pleasing to just get them re-program so that they would work for our room. Do not stay here unless you’re used to this kind of an environment
