"We stayed for 3 days and the condo was super nice, when arrived the first thing we noticed was how clean the place was. Someone had taken our parking space but the owner or person in charged helped us even though it was super late. The response was fast and efficient. The condo was super cold so no complaints in that department as it was extremely hot outside during the day. "

"We were very happy with our stay. The purpose of our trip was to attend the Gators game with our kids. The stadium was walking distance from our hotel and we also had dinner at Indian Aroma which is right across the street. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of fresh clean towels. The lady allowed us early check in too so that was a plus. Only disappointment was breakfast. It was just a few wrapped sugary pastries. Coffee was also not good. "We have stayed at a number of different hotels in the Gainesville area while visiting my daughter (a student at UF), but this was the first time staying at Holiday Inn Express and Suites by 75. The room was impeccably clean, check-in was seamless, and it is next to a large shopping center, so if I had needed anything, I could walk over to get it.
