What I can say this is one place that actually looks like the pictures the hotel has posted. Stayed here because I was tired while traveling on the road and needed somewhere to sleep for the night. This place is very clean and quiet love the new renovation.

The outside of the hotel is very dated but the rooms are completely renovated and still have that paint and new wood smell. The beds were extremely comfortable and it was close to parks, nature trails and The Swamp (Ben Hill Griffin Stadium) The manager was extremely helpful with a billing issue. I would stay there again.

Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Fine place to sleep for the night at a cheap price. Was it fancy? no. Did it have anything beyond the basics? No. Were the walls thin? Absolutely. And it god loud at times. But it was clean and cheap! I’d only suggest this place if you just needed a nice clean bed to stay in and weren’t actually going to spend any time in the hotel. Bring earplugs.

I paid a ton of money to stay at this place during graduation. The positive was that the room was clean. That is a huge plus, but everything else about this place is a negative. The parking lot was shady and the exterior of this hotel is worn down. There were people smoking and talking in the parking lot in the evenings. The soap and shampoo in the hotel are tiny, and there was no tissue box or coffee maker. Bring whatever you need because it is not provided. There is a coffee station by the lobby, but it was not kept up. It was messy and mostly out of coffee. The staff was ok during arrival but not welcoming although we were the only ones there at the time. They were hard to get hold of over the phone and also going up to the desk. It looks like it's family owned and maybe someone was sick or they were shortstaffed. This is the place to go to if everything else is sold out and it's the cheapest thing and you only need a place to put your head down. As mentioned, the room was renovated and clean. But if you're looking for comfort and amenities, this is not your spot.
