"The Seven Oaks Noble House is a beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of old town Dubrovnik. It is a relatively short walk to the hotel from the taxi stand by the Pile gate and there are only about 10 steps up to the hotel entry from the street. "The view from the property is amazing and it was a short walk to the old city. Out of the gate and straight down stairs until you get to the entrance to old town. Easy walk down. Be prepared for a climb on the way back up. Our only complaint was the lack of bedding for the couch (couldn’t find pillow cases or a duvet). Parking was tricky but we lucked out as we were the only guests with a vehicle when we were there. Getting out of the parking was difficult due to the number of cars in the area...

"The kitchen was full equipped, room was clean and ample, and property itself was charming and in right inside the Old City, easy access to all major tourist points. Well maintained property, would absolutely stay here again. The owner Jon was easy to work with and incredibly attentive and responsive. (Only thing to note for travelers is that since this unique property is within the Old City, several stairs are involved in order to access)."

"Great location in the centre, but is also quiet at night, though if you are in a front facing room you will hear them setting out tables in the Square from around 6ish. The bed is extremely comfortable. The room we were in was very good. Staff were helpful. The only things to be aware of are - breakfast. It is very poor in terms of quality and also its quite cold in terms of the welcome you get. No one says hello, shows you to a table etc for example. The granola is possibly the worst...

"The property is very nice, with a lovely court yard and excellent location for Dubrovnik as long as you can manage 80 steep steps from Stradun. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. A few negatives was the kitchen area was a bit dirty, with mugs left in the dish washer and floors could do with a clean.
