"Ramon and the other staff were the best we have ever had in all of Europe. He took a full 10 minutes going over the map of Barcelona with detailed recommendations on where to go and where to eat. We tried several of the restaurants he recommended and they were all fabulous. The room itself was perfect. I can not recommend this hotel strongly enough."

"The staff were very friendly, especially the reception and breakfast staff and the hotel was clean. The only downside was the spa slot allocation, as it was difficult to book times that suited me because availability was limited."

"There wasn't really anything I didn't like the air con went off at night but it was easily remedied The staff was lovely. The room was lovely. The breakfast was really really good really nice touches that you could fill up with water from the water dispenser yeah and they even let us leave our luggage before we take our flight perfect."
