"The location of this hotel is great and staff were friendly though it is more comparable to 3 star hotels in the same neighbourhood than 4 star, for the price of the room the it has very out dated rooms (not even a coffee machine in the room) and poor internet coverage in the room. There is no swimming pool or gym or any amenities only some passes to use in a public gym 10mins walk. We also have some odd experiences, on the second day of our stay one of the ropes were removed during daily...

"Pool picture is very deceptive, both (ground and 6th floor) are plunge pools, approx 8m x 4m x 0.9m deep, not really a swimming pool (can swim but bang knees on the floor). 6th floor rear of hotel stay, so had a balcony with two chairs on overlooking the outside bar and ground floor pool, as well as rear of many buildings and an outside car park, downstairs whilst sitting in the outside bar, you would barely realise what you were sitting among, it’s a nice environment 6th floor corridor...

"Do not stay at this property. There is no disclosure that most taxis cannot get to the hotel due to the massive construction project nearby. We were dropped off half a mile a way and had to drag our bags down old streets and try to figure out where the property was. THIS IS NOT A 5 STAR PROPERTY AND NOT WORTH THE MONEY. This was apparent as soon as we checked in. When we got to the room, it was dirty, there were stains on the furniture and blankets, the bedding and pillows were 3 star level,...

"Peres, Adam, Alfredo and Kevin were so nice and welcoming as were the other staff members. The location were perfect and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The rooms were spotless and quiet. The room darkening shades were perfect. We did not have the buffet, but I’m sure it was excellent. The water pressure was very good and the toiletries were quite nice. I liked the sliding door separating the bedroom from the washroom area. "

"The front staff were very helpful in providing directions to popular tourist sites that were best to see during our short stay. The Hotel was located very close for walking to nearby La Rambla and at the edge of the Gothic Quarter. Highly recommend this hotel for amenities and location."
