Room and service superb. Friendly staff. Helpful and welcoming
Breakfast was fresh and buffet style.
No restaurant but across the road and 50 yards away is a great friendly rustic place.
The views are stunning from the outside sitting area.

Einzig der Zugang zur Innenstadt ist etwas schwierig, der erste Teil der Gehstrecke geht entlang einer sehr befahrenen Strasse"

"Siamo stati in questo hotel durante le giornate della Festa del Duca, in una camera economy al piano terra. Il piano basso e la riproduzione dei pannelli dello studiolo di Federico da Montefeltro rendono la stanza non particolarmente luminosa, ma comunque ben equipaggiata. Carina la terrazza panoramica dell'hotel e anche il giardinetto dove si può fare colazione nella bella stagione. Il personale dell'hotel inoltre è estremamente gentile e molto disponibile. "Se si cerca una camera, un punto d’appoggio, solo per dormire e si vuole spendere poco, non si hanno pretese, si ha un po’ di spirito di adattamento, vista la spesa! Va benissimo!
Per una comitiva o famiglia numerosa 7/8 persone è l’ideale!

"What a wonderful experience. The B&B is only a 7 minute easy drive from downtown Urbania. We sat outside our suite enjoying coffee and looking at the town below. Just follow signs along the dirt road to the B&B. "
