"The staff were very nice, the hotel was clean, quiet, well maintained. Breakfast was nice and they made it easy for me to know where to park. "

"Stayed three days. Early September as a couple. Room and service superb. Friendly staff. Helpful and welcoming Breakfast was fresh and buffet style. No restaurant but across the road and 50 yards away is a great friendly rustic place. The views are stunning from the outside sitting area. Will come again. "

"This is a very gorgeous property and very much a unique experience. The host is very gracious and the breakfast is quite plentiful. I did not get a chance to use the pool, but would have. Make sure that you message the host ahead of your arrival. There is a taxi service from Novafeltria, but I would recommend having a car to explore the area."

"The hotel was excellent although we had short visit due to business the surroundings were nice, the hotel clean and personal polite. The only inconvenience is the lack of parking due to the location of the hotel right on the Main Street. They solved that my having one of their team promptly moving the car to garage. But it being like that one was limited to come and go with the car."

"My wife and I didn't make it to the hotel until after midnight. I felt bad that the hotel tried to reach out to me beforehand, to know what time I may arrive, but I was in the mountains and didn't see the message until we arrived at the hotel. The man was waiting for us...asleep on the couch behind his desk. "Who doesn't like staying at a palazzo? But this really was a wonderful experience. The palazzo is part of a castle, with some houses and restaurants within it. The palazzo has a range of spaces/rooms open to all but the highlight is the terrace with pool and a magnificent view to the sea. That view is only bettered by that of the Hotel's restaurants which really should be visited. "
