"It’s a very small cozy place, great for couple of nights’ stay. I will love to stay here again. Two Cons: No elevator, so had to carry my luggage up two floors, not ideal for anybody. Also the standing shower stall is WAY TOO SMALL, even smaller than the ones in a cruise ship state room. Bathroom had no amenities except hand soap. If you can put up with these inconveniences, it’s in a great location, can walk from train station, small nice place in a small beautiful town."

"I hate to give a bad review because this seems to be a locally owned business and the people who run it are very nice and helpful, but the bed was awfully hard and uncomfortable, there is nothing in the area. The grocery store is at least a 15-20 minute walk one way. We had to wait about 45 minutes to an hour for the shuttle to pick us up at the port. I know I’m a spoiled American so considering that I just want others like me to be aware and maybe look at options like the airport hotel even...

"Very nice hotel. Roberto and his wife are very gracious hosts. They go out of their way to help you. They set up shuttle service for us and other guests to go to cruise port. Very nice restaurant was suggested by Roberto. Food and prices were great as well restaurant staff. The name of restaurant was Rotunda by the sea shore. We arrived by train to Santa Marinella station. I would suggest to have transportation set up before arrival. Taxi and Uber services very sparse. Or call or message hotel...

"Hotel was recently renovated. Outside has the old European charm and inside was really neat nice. Staff was easy to work with and answered all me emails. About 2 block to beach and 1 block to old town charm. Train station across the street. Nice bakery about 2 block’s away with some nice mom and pop restaurants. Will look forward in going back, about 20 minutes from cruise port by taxi (50 Euro)."

"¡Una experiencia excelente de principio a fin! Mi estancia en Sesta Strada fue maravillosa. La habitación estaba impecable, muy cómoda y bien equipada. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de todo: restaurantes, tiendas, estación de tren y lugares de interés. Una de las grandes ventajas es su cercanía al puerto de Civitavecchia. El día de mi embarque al crucero pude ir caminando hasta el punto de traslado al barco, sin necesidad de tomar un taxi. ¡Muy práctico y conveniente! Quiero destacar...

"This was a very nice property and very close to the Main Street by the water: close to the train station and restaurants. Only thing that was a surprise was how to get in when we arrived: we buzzed the door and a person answered and said we needed to send a photo of our passports, then pay a tax on line which we did. Apparently she had sent me a message through Expedia a couple of months previous but I had not been notified. Just be aware when you book. Also they have a card to put on the door...

"The room and common areas were very clean. It was comfortable and we enjoyed the balcony. Frederica made the entire stay wonderful. She was very helpful and accommodating. She even prepared a special breakfast for my husband who doesn’t eat any sugar"

"Fiorella was wonderful sending us detailed directions including photos. We met her at check in and she is so kind and helpful!!! The property was conveniently located to the Port of Civitivecchia. The room was very clean and well-maintained. The bathroom was immaculate. Everything in the room worked and again, Fiorella was so welcoming and helpful! We would recommend without hesitation!"
