"We had a very poor experience at this hotel. The front end staff were very rude and unhelpful. We had to ask for help with the AC in our room 4 times before it was working. We had requested a crib when booking, which was never received. The curtains in the room were sheer, which was not great for our toddlers sleep. "AVOID this hotel until Owners spend the money to install safes. We read other reviews that people had their money and personal items stolen but didn’t think it would happen to us. The problem is they do not have the air-conditioning on when you arrive and then when you are at the beach, the staff comes in and a large amount of money was taken from our room which was very disappointing as this was the beginning of our trip.
